When you want to change or add to a live workflow later, we scope and build the change. Quoted upfront, scored per action, every dollar shown before approval. This is a Workflow Elevation, priced separately from Care.

Discovery

We get on a call to understand your business. What you do, what's eating your time, what could run on its own. No prep on your end.

Walkthrough

You show us how your operation actually runs. Either record a Loom on your own time or screen-share with the consultant on a call. We capture everything in one sitting. No long forms, no homework.

Build

We work to your budget if you have one, or propose a tier if you don't. You get cost updates at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of your number so you always know where the build stands. Questions surface as we go, never in a black box.

Delivery

We test everything, walk you through how it works, and hand it off live. If you want ongoing support and monitoring, we set up Partnership.
