I'm Joseph. I started Zeitra when I was 19.
I didn't come from tech. I came from wanting to understand how things work, why they break, and what it takes to build something that actually holds up.
I quit nicotine, rebuilt my training and nutrition from scratch, and started studying everything I could get my hands on: business systems, geopolitics, psychology, how organizations scale and collapse. Not because someone told me to. Because I wanted to understand the world clearly enough to build something worth building.
Zeitra exists because I saw how much time small business owners lose to work that doesn't require a human. Answering the same questions. Copying data between tools. Following up manually when a system could do it in seconds. That's not what you started a business to do.
We build the systems that handle that. Your clients still talk to you. Your judgment still drives the business. The repetitive parts just don't eat your day anymore.
I'm not interested in replacing people with software. I'm interested in giving people their time back so they can do the work that actually matters to them.
That's the entire point.
