How It Works
Pick the tier that fits your scope. Pay the minimum as your deposit. The maximum is the most you'll ever pay for that tier. Final price lands somewhere in between, based on the actual size of your system.
You'll know your floor and your ceiling the day you sign. No surprises, no creep, no fine print.
Origin Build
One-time builds for getting your systems live. Pick the tier that matches your scope.
How We Work With Your Budget
You already have a budget
We build to it. Must-haves first. If there's room left, we ask if you want any extras worth adding - a second notification channel, smarter handling for edge cases, an extra dashboard view, or whatever fits the use case. If the budget is tight for what you need, we know either right away or shortly into the build. We tell you and walk through what stays in scope versus what gets deferred to a later build.
You don't have one yet
We scope the build first, fit it to a tier (which is a price range), and you can either let it run inside that range or set a ceiling for us to work to. Same approach.
During the build we update you at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of your number, whether that's your budget or the tier ceiling. You always know where things stand. If we're approaching the ceiling with scope still left, we pause and walk you through options before continuing.
What Each Tier Looks Like
Foundation: lead response for a landscaping crew
A new form comes in. Customer gets a text confirming we got it. The lead lands in a spreadsheet. The crew lead gets notified. One process, two or three tools, done. Around $700 - $1,200.
Bridge: real estate sourcing and follow-up
County records pulled, filtered, enriched with phone numbers, scored, pushed into the CRM with tags and follow-up sequences kicking off automatically. Two connected processes. Around $2,000 - $3,000.
Operations: full intake-to-invoice for an HVAC company
Customer books online. The system confirms the appointment. Tech gets assigned. Reminders go out. Invoice generates after the job. Review request follows automatically. Four processes connected. Around $4,500 - $7,000.
These are real-world examples. Your actual price depends on the size and shape of your specific build.
Deposit and Final Price
Your deposit at signing is the minimum of your tier. That's your floor. The maximum is the ceiling. Your final invoice reflects the actual size of the build, with the deposit you already paid deducted.
Foundation: $500 deposit, $1,500 max ceiling.
Bridge: $1,500 deposit, $3,500 max ceiling.
Operations: $3,500 deposit, $10,000 max ceiling.
Enterprise: custom deposit and ceiling, locked at signing.
If Your Scope Grows Mid-Build
Sometimes you'll want to add something during the build. We don't just absorb it silently. If it pushes you near the tier ceiling, we pause and walk you through three options:
- Swap. Cut something originally scoped to make room for the new addition.
- Defer. Hold the new piece for a Phase 2 build later, no current price change.
- Upgrade. Move up to the next tier, lock the new ceiling.
You pick. We continue.
Bundling
If your build has multiple processes that share the same architecture, they're bundled together as one priced unit. Distinct processes are priced individually. Bundling makes pricing reflect the real work, not how many separate workflows it took to deliver.
Origin Finance Plan
If paying the full balance at delivery doesn't fit your cash flow, you can split the remaining balance across 1 to 6 monthly payments. You pick the term length, anywhere from 1 to 6 months, and we divide the balance evenly across that many monthly auto-charges via Stripe. The plan applies to whatever your final number ends up being, whether you set a budget, run to the tier ceiling, add features mid-build, or anywhere between. We don't know the exact total until the Build Log finalizes at delivery. Whatever it is, you can pay it in full or split it.
How it works
1. Pay your deposit at signing (the tier minimum), same as always.
2. We build. The Build Log shows your real final total at delivery.
3. You pick at delivery: pay the remaining balance in full, or split it into monthly payments across a term you choose (1 to 6 months).
4. If you pick the plan, you sign the Origin Finance Agreement. Signing triggers handoff immediately, so you get the build that day. Your first auto-charge runs 30 days after signing.
Build ships on the original timeline regardless. The plan is about how you pay the balance, not whether you get the system.
Continuum Care
Monthly maintenance for your live systems. Your Care tier reflects the total number of processes we maintain for you. One predictable monthly fee, no matter how many workflows make up each process.
How Care Adjusts Over Time
When you add more processes through a new Origin Build, your Care tier moves to match your new total. Your monthly fee adjusts on the next billing cycle so coverage tracks what you actually have running. Same the other way - if a process gets retired, your Care fee comes down.
You're never paying for coverage on systems that aren't there anymore.
What Care Includes
- Weekday system health checks across your live systems
- Same-day response when something breaks
- Custom error handling built into your workflows from day one
- n8n platform updates kept current so your workflows keep running on the latest version
- Compatibility updates when a tool changes its API, auth, or endpoints (we update your workflow to stay compatible)
- Partner dashboard with live execution metrics and run history
- Weekly updates and monthly outcome reports focused on what your system actually delivered
- Dedicated communication channel
- Credential and API key management
Where the line is: if it keeps your existing system doing what it was built to do, it's included. If it changes what your system does, that's a Workflow Elevation.
Workflow Elevation
A Workflow Elevation is any change or improvement to a system after it's already live. New tools added, logic adjusted, new steps, restructured data flows. We don't price these by the hour. Each request gets scoped, quoted, and approved before any work begins.
You see the full breakdown before any invoice, with every action and every dollar accounted for. Minimum charge is $50.

Quick FAQ
What's the smallest build you'll do?
$500 minimum. Below that, your time is better spent on something else.
Will the price go up during the build?
Not without your explicit approval. The tier ceiling is the maximum, full stop.
Do I have to sign up for Care?
No. Care is optional and you can start it whenever you want, even months after handoff. We recommend it for anything you actively rely on.
Can I cancel Care?
Yes. 14 days written notice after your first month.
What if I add more workflows later?
Each new build adds to your total process count. Your Care tier then moves to match the new total on the next billing cycle, so coverage tracks what you actually have running.
Can I change something after the build is live?
Absolutely. That's what Workflow Elevation is for.
