Who We'll Hire (Future Rounds)
Contracted Automation Operator
Indefinite contract. Builds and maintains automations, follows SOPs, owns operational reliability.
Automation Consultant
Bridges clients and operators. Scopes work and supports handoffs.
Admin / Systems
Keeps documentation, access controls, and processes clean, plus other administrative work as needed.

What We Expect
- Execution, clear documentation, and steady improvement
- Monday through Friday primary work. Weekends only for emergencies
- Daily health checks by cutoff. Incidents acknowledged quickly
- Tools: n8n, Notion, Slack
- Compensation tied to delivered work and reliability. Adherence to procedures matters
