Partnership

Continuum Care

Building the system is one thing. Keeping it running and reliable is another. That's what Partnership is for.

This isn't a support ticket queue. It's an active agreement where we take ongoing responsibility for keeping your live automations healthy. We monitor them daily, fix issues when they come up, keep n8n and your workflow logic up-to-date, and keep you in the loop with weekly updates and monthly reports focused on what your system actually delivered.

The line we hold: anything that keeps your existing system running, we handle. Anything that changes what your system does, that's a Workflow Elevation, scoped and quoted upfront.

What's Included

  • Daily health checks across all your live systems, Monday through Friday
  • Same-day response when something breaks
  • Custom error handling built into your workflows from day one
  • n8n platform updates kept current so workflows keep running on the latest version
  • Compatibility updates when a tool you use changes its API, auth method, or endpoints (we update your workflow to stay compatible)
  • Partner dashboard with live execution metrics, success rates, and run history
  • Weekly updates on system performance
  • Monthly outcome reports focused on what the system actually delivered, not just uptime numbers
  • Dedicated communication channel
  • Credential and API key management
  • 15% partner discount on all future Origin Builds and Workflow Elevations

Where the Line Is

The simplest way to think about it: we keep your live system doing what it was built to do.

Included. If something breaks, we fix it. If n8n releases an update, we keep your workflows compatible. If a tool you use changes its API or auth, we update your nodes so things keep running. Same logic, same outcomes, no interruption.

Not included. Anything that changes what your system does. New integrations, new logic, new outputs, new workflows. Those are Workflow Elevations, scoped and quoted upfront with every action priced transparently.

How Care Pricing Works

Your Care tier reflects the total number of processes we maintain for you. One predictable monthly fee, no matter how many workflows make up each process.

Foundation Care: $100 - $150 / month (covers 1 process)
Bridge Care: $150 - $350 / month (covers 2-3 processes)
Operations Care: $280 - $800 / month (covers 3-5 processes)
Enterprise Care: $800+ / month (covers 5+ processes, custom-quoted above $5K/mo)

Adding more processes through a future Origin Build moves you to whichever Care tier matches your new total. Your monthly fee adjusts on the next billing cycle so coverage tracks what you actually have running.

What Outcome Reports Look Like

A "99.8% uptime" report means nothing to a business owner. So that's not what we send.

Your monthly report leads with real outcomes: leads generated, deals closed, hours of manual work eliminated, dollars touched. Whatever metric matters most for your business, defined together during onboarding.

Uptime, execution counts, and error rates live in the partner dashboard for anyone who wants the technical view. The reports lead with what your system did for you.

What's Not Included

New automation builds are scoped separately as Origin Builds, with full tier pricing.

Changes and additions to live systems are handled through Workflow Elevation, scored at $50 per point with full transparency on every action.

Both receive a 15% partner discount as long as your Care agreement is active.

Response Standards

For critical issues, anything impacting your revenue or a live production failure, we escalate immediately. Troubleshooting starts within 30 minutes during business hours with a target resolution of 4 hours, or a clear ETA and mitigation plan if it takes longer.

Non-critical issues are triaged same or next business day. Weekend coverage is limited to critical issues only.

How It Starts

Partnership requires a signed agreement. Care begins the day after the agreement is signed. First month's fee is collected via Stripe before activation. Your dedicated team is assigned and monitoring begins within one business day.

Minimum term is one month. After that, 14 days written notice to cancel.

The Point

Your automation only pays off if the systems keep running reliably. That's what Partnership delivers. Clear terms, predictable billing, and someone who actually stays accountable for keeping your live systems healthy.
